What is your minimum order quantity?
We offer flexible MOQs to accommodate businesses of all sizes. For our small batch service, the minimum order is just 10 pieces. For personalized bags, we can produce as few as 1 piece. For OEM/ODM services, the minimum is 200 pieces.
How long does the production process take?
Our standard production time is 7-14 days from the date of final design approval. Rush production is available for an additional fee, which can reduce production time to 5-7 days. The exact timeline depends on the complexity of your order and current production volume.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We accept all standard vector formats (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) as well as high-resolution raster files (PNG, JPG, PSD) at 300 DPI or higher. For best results, vector files are preferred as they allow for scaling without quality loss.
Do you offer design assistance?
Absolutely! Our design team can help with logo placement, color selection, and creating production-ready artwork. We offer basic design adjustments free of charge and more complex design services at competitive rates. Just let us know your needs when you submit your inquiry.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer multiple shipping options including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and sea freight. Express shipping typically takes 3-5 days worldwide, while standard shipping takes 10-15 days. Sea freight is available for large orders and takes 30-45 days. All shipments include tracking information.
