A:We are a manufacturer with a strong team and over 150 skilled workers.
Q:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A We are located in Shenzhen of China, a young and beautiful city,which is nearby Hongkong. It's about 40 minutes ' drive from Luohu Port.Please see the detailed address as below-

Q: How about your product categories ?
A: Our products cover backpacks, school bags, cosmetic bags, sport bags, shopping tote bags, pet bags, leisure shoulder bags, tool bags ,drawstring bags,custom fabric packaging pouches and outdoor fabric structural bows.
Q: Can you accept sample order?
A: Yes, small order & sample order are welcomed.
Q: What is your sample lead time?
A: Normally, 7-10 days. It depends on the specific request of bag details.
Q: What's your production lead time?
A: Usually it's 20-60 days, it depends on the product technics design and your quantity.
Q: What's your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is 300 pcs, but it can be changed based on different fabric and design.
Q: Is custom order acceptable for you?
A: Yes, we are proud to tell you that we have been specialized in bag customization for all of our customers with their private labels for over 16 years!
Q: What’s your payment terms?
A: Usually we accept T/T, we also can accept L/C at sight, Paypal and Western Union Escrow
Q: How about your shipping methods?
A: Door to Door service by DHL. Fedex, UPS, TNT, or ocean shipment with everything (duty and local delivery charge) included. We also ship by FOB term,If customer have their designated shipping agent.

A: "Quality is priority." Our bag factory is Disney Authorized and BSCI certificated.Our quality can meet Japan quality standard. We always attach great importance to quality controlling from the beginning to the end.
